The only times I feel at peace with my surroundings quiet are between 10pm-4:30am and whenever I sleep. I work well at night/ early mornings since my focus is at its peak without the distractions. Everyone’s asleep and I can have my own time.
But I’m left with an “I’m-too-tired-to-function” attittude during the day time since I was so busy having a busy mind and a productive work session the night before.
Sleeping is just my remedy for everything. Too sad, too tired, too upset, etc. I sleep it off and I’ll be fine.
